Evangelist Missionary
In addition to her work in Georgia, she created a regional initiative, the Southeast Association for Microenterprise, SAME, to replicate and share economic initiatives with thousands of women in South Carolina, Mississippi, North Carolina, Alabama and Louisiana. She has served as a consultant to both local and national foundations, including The Arthur Blank Foundation, the Kendeda Foundation, the Annie Casey Foundation, the Atlanta Women's Foundation, the Center for Disease Control, United Way of Atlanta and the Kellogg Foundation to name a few, bringing millions of philanthropic dollars to much needed entrepreneurs and under-served communities across Georgia and the Southeast by creating capital access and wealth equity support systems for disadvantaged individuals since 1996.
In 2019 Elizabeth has been responsible for bringing national funding to Atlanta through the Tapestry Initiative from the WK Kellogg Foundation, Capital One to fund business training for Returning Citizens and the Empower by GoDaddy initiative in support of Atlanta vendors, makers and creatives. She also serves as the Vice President of Economic Development for the 12,000 congregations, 6.5 million-member COGIC Urban Initiatives, the largest Pentecostal denomination in the US. She also leads Building Lives through Hope CDC, bringing affordable senior housing to the Oakland City Community.
